Before making a reservation, please review our policies to ensure the most enjoyable dining experience at Ngon Phố Hội Restaurant.

1. Reservation & Confirmation

To provide the best experience, guests are kindly requested to make reservations in advance.
A reservation is considered confirmed only upon receiving confirmation from the restaurant. In some cases, a deposit may be required to ensure proper service preparation.

2. Deposit & Payment

Any required deposit will be deducted from the final bill.
We accept various payment methods, including cash, bank transfer, and card.
• For pre-ordered meals, a 30% deposit of the total bill is required.
• Payment instructions will be provided by our staff upon reservation confirmation. Deposits can be made via bank transfer or directly at the restaurant.

• Reservations are only confirmed after the deposit has been received.

3. Cancellation Policy

The deposit will be fully refunded if the reservation is canceled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time.
In case of late cancellation or no-show, the deposit will be retained in accordance with the restaurant’s policy.

4. Pricing & Service Fees

All menu prices are clearly listed and inclusive of VAT and service charges.
• Standard corkage fees apply for beverages brought from outside:
o Wine: 149,000 VND / bottle
o Spirits: 199,000 VND / bottle
o Mineral water: 35,000 VND / bottle

5. Special Requests & Food Allergies

Guests are kindly requested to inform us in advance of:
• Food allergies
• Special dietary requirements (vegetarian, dietary restrictions, etc.)
Ngon Phố Hội is committed to accommodating special dietary needs whenever possible. We recommend notifying us in advance so our team can prepare accordingly.

6. Operating Hours

Standard operating hours:
• Opening: 11:00 AM
• Closing: 10:00 PM
• Last order: 9:30 PM

7. House Rules

To maintain a refined dining experience, guests are kindly requested to:
• Refrain from bringing outside food or beverages into the restaurant
• Respect cleanliness and shared spaces

8. Responsibility & Safety

At Ngon Phố Hội, we warmly welcome families and children to enjoy our dining experience.
To ensure a pleasant and safe environment for all guests, children must be supervised by accompanying adults at all times.
The restaurant is not responsible for incidents beyond our control; however, we will make every effort to assist and support guests when necessary.

9. Force Majeure

In unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, technical issues, or other external factors, the restaurant reserves the right to adjust services to ensure safety and quality.
